We have all been there. You know that feeling where nothing goes your way?
We go a different direction this episode and take a step back on this one. We know that few things in this crazy life are certain. But, one thing we (unfortunately) know for sure? At one point or another, we're bound to feel defeated and deeply disappointed. Some examples may include: bombing your big presentation at work, getting into a small fight with one of your best friends that will suddenly turn into a full-blown best friend breakup, etc. Whatever your situation, things will at some point get blown out of proportion.
It’s normal to feel defeated in life sometimes. After all, we all have our unique struggles and challenges along our journey in life. The important thing is that you learn how to face these roadblocks in your life. Whenever you’re feeling defeated in life, I hope our conversation today allows you to gain back power and control in what you want to do.
