RESILIENT| Mindset Mastery with Host AZ Araujo

As a realtor and within your personal life, being resilient requires a commitment to bounce back.

When a deal falls through or things go awry, it's normal to feel frustrated or experience negative thoughts. Resiliency is about bouncing back regardless of what comes your way. It's the actions you take during the failures and how you respond when things don't go your way.

When facing hardship after hardship, it's crucial not to let these hardships overwhelm your thoughts and steal your certainty and confidence. You need to stop those negative thoughts and change your attitude towards the situation. You must bounce back and focus on the positive moves you have made and how much you've grown from those experiences. Appreciate the improvements you've made in communication, overcoming fears of public speaking, being comfortable in front of a camera, and your marketing skills.

Those who have succeeded at a high level have done so by being resilient to the core. When you lack resilience, you're unable to bounce back. So, be resilient, come up with solutions, and stop dwelling in negativity.

QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER:

What does being resilient mean to you in your personal and professional life?

Can you think of a time when you demonstrated resilience and bounced back from a failure or setback?

How did that experience shape you?

What strategies do you use to stop negative thoughts and change your attitude when faced with challenges?

How do you appreciate and acknowledge your personal growth and achievements, even in difficult times?

NOTABLE QUOTES:

"Being resilient in everything you do requires a commitment to bounce back."

"No one that has succeeded at a high level did that without being resilient to the core."

"You must bounce back. You cannot sit in this place of negativity."
