That moment that you come to the realization that in reach is the life you are hoping for...dreaming of, however between you and your ideal life is your biggest barrier, YOU. It is a daunting feeling, like a ton of bricks hitting you at full speed. That was Caurel's experience living with and at the time struggling with Complex Childhood Trauma (C-PTSD). She lacked direction and peace of mind, feeling lost in a world where she thought she didn't belong. Intentionally choosing to quiet the noise of the outside world and focus on her own internal guidance, she embraced her personal struggle to position herself to finally turn her pain into her greatest gift. On her way to making an impact to permanently transform lives, she birthed In Divine Thyme Transformational Services in 2021.
