Hello Tippers! Goal setting and being consistent is important in all aspects of life but to effectively do that you have to overcome the greatest hurdle of all, procrastination. When we procrastinate, generally bad things happen and we can no longer avoid obstacles that are usually preventable. How does getting distracted impact us in our daily lives and have you heard the saying "how you do one thing is how you do everything?" If you are getting distracted in one aspect of your life, you may very well be getting distracted elsewhere. If you keep pushing things off, they will begin to stack up and only add more stress. We all have a lot going on in our lives but you need to find a way to lock in when you need to. Tippers, what are some ways you prevent procrastination?
