In this episode, Frank and Amelia talk about building drawings and the importance of having quality building drawings that meet at least the minimum requirements. The is a gross misconception that engaging a designer or architect involves simply drawing a sketch of our house or extension to submit to council. This is so far from what is required! Frank and Amelia dive down a rabbit hole and discuss the implications of poorly documented drawings and why the drawings we do here at Prime Design are around 35 pages long.
