About this episode:

In this episode I welcome my guest, Dr. Brian Norcross. When I think of Creative Leaders, I think of Brian. He is a master at creating positive environments and positive relationships; I hope he will share a story with you about the turning point in his life when he declared, at a relatively young age, that he would make creating positive environments at the very core of his life’s work.

Brian leads in a way that is uniquely him. His way of being is calm, steady, and positive, and everything he does is grounded in intention and excellence.

I am eager for you to get to know Brian, and to learn from the experiences that have contributed to his unique way of leading.
