Welcome back to the blanket fort and after an August of play projects we are back with full interview episodes. This week I am delighted to be speaking to Annie Yi a storyteller, artist, and animal enthusiast. She tells stories that help people see themselves and their place in the world in a new light.

Over the episode we discuss how to access states of wonder, what prevents us from feeling wonder and how we can cultivate a practice of wonder to turn it from something that happens once in a while to a regular part of our life.

Annie also shares her wisdom on how we shift perspective and look again at things we think we know or are scared we don't understand.

In the episode, we discuss the painting. - Women with Sunflower by Mary Cassatt you can find an image of that painting here.

You can find out more about Annie through her website, or her instagram.
