Sometimes the most important currencies in our work aren’t revenue, or offers.

Building a business that delivers over and over starts with aligning with your priorities, and making sure you are doing the right tasks with your skill set and hiring out the rest.

My guest this week has built multiple businesses based on this key concept.

Ben Jones calls himself a ‘serial entrepreneur’ and helps other business owners get more visibility for what it is they do.

In this episode we discuss the many priorities entrepreneurs must manage so that they can in fact, deliver a top notch experience in their business.

Aside from the strategy and business talk we talk a lot about the intangibles and non-negotiables to create the environment that delivers it all.
