In this episode of Atma Vision, and ahead of the upcoming festival of "Radhastami," we look at the theme of the internal pleasure potency of God, also known in the Bhakti tradition as Srimati Radharani. Making comparisons with the figure of Mary, we show how the worshiper approaches God via the compassionate intercession of His divine, feminine pleasure potency (whether having a maternal or conjugal ethos). We look at a verse from the Upanishads, a verse from the Bhagavata Purana and a verse from the Bhagavad-Gita, all relating to the person of Radharani. We also comment on a passage from Stevie Wonder's "Jesus Children of America" song from 1973.
