Deb Cramb has had a fantastic and varied career in film, multimedia and technical industries, including stints with Walt Disney Studios, Industrial Light and Magic, Spinifex Group and in her current role with DNEG - a leading visual effects and animation studios for feature film and television - but also start ups and smaller creative organisations such as Autopilot and Mable.

Skilled in scaling companies - and their cultures - to quickly meet business growth, she prides herself on the ability to build strong relationships, practice effective communication style and work within creative environments to help others thrive.

Although Deb works in an exciting, ever-evolving industry full of passion projects and life-changing products, she is increasingly finding that success is all about people. Creating culture where deadline driven pipelines can thrive and quality is never compromised means more than finding and keeping the right people!

Deb generously shares her career story and how she keeps pace with ever-changing skills demands of the film industry.
