If you’ve ever felt nervous about attending a networking event, you’re not alone. Often in our field, we are the ones creating events that involve networking and face the challenge of making them inviting. In this episode we discuss an innovative concept developed by Robbie Samuels called Croissants vs. Bagels. Robbie asks individuals attending his events to stand in a way that creates a welcoming space encouraging others to join in aka croissants vs standing like a bagel.
