- According to the American Psychological Association, resilience is associated with lower rates of depression, anxiety, and PTSD
- You have to be open and ready for opportunities disguised as problems
- You have to seek Wisdom from someone who’s doing what you want to do and is successful at it because coaching and mentoring are the HOV lane to your success.
