There has been a longer period of Black Americans not having access to equal opportunities in education than there have been laws in place to level the educational playing field. Black American tax dollars have gone into the financial pot to support public schools when Black American children have not had equal access to those schools and quality education. What are the effects of this and how do we right the wrong of it all?
