This week I talk about pleasing yourself first. I read a book a couple months ago by Emma Reed Turrell called "Please Yourself First: Stop People Pleasing and Transform the Way You Live". I take some of the lessons I learned from this book, because I believe it's so important to be honest and true with ourselves. Unfortunately, we can't show up fully for others if we can't show up fully for ourselves first. I commend you on your awesome journey of being totally real with yourself! Lots of love.
