Brad and I are joined by our brother, Ben Crosby, an Anglican Priest in Canada, to discuss how Doctrine and Theology cannot be separated from Gospel consolation and comfort and how that translates into pastoral care for God's flock and how it brings healing to our brokenness.

Show Notes:

Co-Host: Brad Kafer is a brother in Christ that lives in Wisconsin that has been a huge blessing in the Theocast FB Community. He is currently attending seminary with the goal of becoming a pastor.

Guest: Ben Crosby is a priest of the Episcopal Church serving in the Anglican Church of Canada and a PhD student in ecclesiastical history at the McGill University School of Religious Studies, where his studies focus on the English Reformation. He writes primarily about the contemporary mainline church and its challenges, what the Christian past (and especially the sixteenth century) might have to say about Christian life today, and Christian discipleship and spirituality. You can find his other popular writing in Plough, Earth & Altar, The Hour, Faith+Lead, and more.
