In this episode, Austin and Evan of Griffin Armament talk about their service in the Army in 2005, and the close-range experiences they had with terrorists in Iraq. From discussing the concept of "American shelter" to the realization of what it truly means to be a soldier, the Griffin brothers talk extensively about their first unfiltered encounters with terrorists, and how violating the rules of war reveals a whole different level of brutality.

"If you rewind all the way back there - we were just as sheltered as everybody else. As an American citizen prior to joining the military, I had this feeling that, once you completed military training, you'd feel like a different type of person; you'd be a solider. As a solider... you'd be completely unafraid and able to go out and interact with these types of things."
