Friends of Noise is a Portland, Oregon based non-profit organization. They support creative youth in Portland through all ages concerts, workshops, and experience navigating the music scene. I chatted with Andre Middleton, the groups executive director, about how the organization formed, the principles and ideas the group was founded upon, creating equity, providing a safe place youth to develop, and more.
