There are many non-negotiables in being an entrepreneur and some of them are wonderful but some are painful. Things are piled on, and as we take ownership of so many personal and business things, the weight can become extremely heavy. In carrying this weight, entrepreneurs endure business wounds, whether obvious or subtle.
To dig into this reality, I (Kyle) interviewed Andrea Brummett, the CEO of reddeHR and the Founder and CEO of The Pabulum Group. Together, Andrea and I explored the topic of difficulties and loss as an entrepreneur.
