In today’s episode, Beth is interviewing Sam Kelley, an international presenter, author, and speaker, and the founder and president of Fierce Athlete Incorporated.

“Our bodies are more sacred, holy, beautiful than the rest of creation, which is hard for us to internalize…It's hard for us to live out of that truth and place of freedom.” -Sam Kelley

Through her business, she integrates highly-competitive athleticism with Theology of the Body, primarily in the highschool and college athletic arenas. Throughout their conversation, Beth and Sam explore the body-soul composite, suggesting that in order to have a physically healthy life, you need to have a great spiritual life, and vice versa!
