One of the things that characterize these days is uncertainty, and dealing with uncertainty is one of the most challenging aspects. Lack of certainty increases stress and anxiety. Uncertainty is beyond our control, so it's essential to reduce the levels of anxiety, especially so we can continue to be strong for those who need our support. The more we focus on things within our control, the more we can reduce our anxiety.

I am going to divide this podcast into two sessions. Here is part one.
