Makenzie Campbell is a poet who grew up in the Pacific Northwest and has been expressing herself through poetry since grade school. Following the success of her two collections, 2am Thoughts, and Nineteen, her newest collection, Rooms of the Mind, is brought to life. Makenzie speaks to Abdul Karim and Aisha about her love for poetic words and what inspired her literary journey.
