-Audrey Rose is a motivational speaker and burnout mentor, who has turned her struggles into a pursuit to live a life full of passion. She teachers others how to create a life they are excited to wake up for. Her journey through depression, burnout, and anxiety have created a resulting love for helping others through this journey has led her to creating the "Ready to Rise" podcast, an online community and also mentoring programs.
