Opening Remarks & Witness Statements: [00:03:11] 2:23:22
In the first segment, we hear the charges, opening statements and the testimony of the victim (Kali’s son), Naomi, Kali, Detective Alexander Wright, and we - kind of - hear the audio from the body camera footage from The Incident.
Listen as the story unravels and Potty’s defense is crumbled. Certainly, Potty wouldn’t be dumb enough to testify a completely false story after the court hears these testimonies and sees the body cam footage. Right?!
Potty's Testimony & Cross Examination: [00:55:59]
In the second segment, we hear and laugh at Potty try to fabricate a believable story for the court. Hear all about tussles, wrestling, imaginary knives, and general hubris of a white man. Who could have predicted a cross examination that would ask clarifying questions? Not Potty it seems.
Closing arguments point out the glaring holes in Potty’s story, and Potty’s lawyer really makes an attempt to patch them all.
Judges Remarks & Verdict: [01:59:35]
In the final segment, we hear the judge break down everything we have heard, and if you listen closely you might even hear Kali twerking when the judge reads the verdict.
Once it is all over, the hosts unpack what they have heard and make some final jokes at the expense of Potty.
