In this podcast episode, we discuss the importance of addressing and healing from past wounds and traumas.

Many people carry their past with them, filled with regrets, guilt, shame, anger, and fear. These unresolved emotions can limit and affect every aspect of their lives, creating a fractured soul. Have you ever wondered why some people seem to attract problems and bad luck, while others seem to have all the good luck? It all comes down to our inward reality creating our outward reality.

A fractured person, filled with unresolved pain, makes decisions and lives from a place of instability, anger, and fear. On the other hand, a healthy person with emotional stability, clear vision, and healthy habits makes decisions that lead to a fulfilling life. So, how do we transition from being fractured to being whole? There are three steps: admit it, forgive it, and move on from it.

First, we must admit and face our past with brutal honesty. This means acknowledging what happened, whether it was something we did or something done to us. It may bring up pain, anger, or sadness, but it's essential to confront and accept it.

Next, forgiveness is crucial. This doesn't mean condoning or forgetting what was done, but rather finding inner peace and releasing the burden of carrying that pain. It's about forgiving for ourselves, not necessarily for the other person.

Finally, it's time to move on from the past. Changing our perspective and lens allows us to let go of negativity and resentment. We make a conscious decision to look forward and create the life we want, free from the limitations of our past. By going through this process of admitting, forgiving, and moving on, we can heal and create a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Remember, your past has prepared you, and it's up to you to use your wisdom and experiences to shape your future. Take the necessary steps to address and heal from your past and embrace the freedom and potential that lie ahead.
