Using Gratitude To Improve Your Career & Life
Manage episode 384613395 series 3367735
As Thanksgiving week rolls around here in the United States, we're all aware that people have various feelings and thoughts about this holiday and what we’re actually celebrating.
But for the purpose of this week’s episode, let’s not attach any specific meaning or significance to the day. Instead, let's focus on the word itself.
Thanksgiving = giving thanks, or in other words, expressing gratitude.
So this got me thinking about a gratitude meditation I really love.
With that in mind, we’re going to do something a little different this week…
I'll be guiding you through this incredible gratitude meditation.
But hold up! If you’re someone who hates meditating or you have never meditated before, don’t click away just yet!
This isn’t your typical meditation, so stick with me for a few more moments while I’ll explain it to you, because I think you’re really gonna love this.
