It seems we as moms are always frustrated about something... it's the kids, our husband, family or our home. There's always these nagging issues driving us crazy and causing us to live in a constant state of frustration and resentment.

Well I've come to learn many of these scenarios are the result of two key issues - setting and communicating expectations. The staggering impact of not having this in place creates a spiral of circumstances always leading to disappointment and frustration. We are going to go through several examples and you'll see what I mean. Your eyes will be given fresh perspective and insight into how to change the narrative of your day.
