Katelin and I sat down at a local favorite spot, Collegehill Coffee, to discuss her perspective on the digital divide for the job seekers who are her clients as a vocational rehabilitation specialist.
Katelin has a high-level perspective on the barriers faced by job seekers in rural communities. Her insight further connects the intersection of the analog world with the digital.
