This is Thanksgiving week, the perfect occasion to talk SALT about this national holiday and the meaning behind families and friends gathering together to share gratitude.
In this episode, I want to reflect on the history behind this beautiful festivity and how Thanksgiving is the perfect occasion to thank God for the blessings we experience in all SALT areas of our lives.
In this episode:
- The history of Thanksgiving and its relationship with the values upon which our great country was founded.
- The importance of mindfulness during the action of giving thanks for the blessings in all five SALT areas.
- A reflection on how to keep moving towards our most abundant life after pondering around our roles in our communities and families during Thanksgiving.
