Hosts Jada Williams and Ersula Odom talk with Brady Nepple, Executive Director, TEAMFL. Brady has worked for TEAMFL since 2016. Helping to revitalize the organization by doubling membership and adding programs to improve RIO for members. After working in the IT world for 17 years. Brady transitioned into the transportation industry as a Vice President with TEAMFL. Brady manages the operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for TEAMFL. In 2019 the board of directors promoted Brady to the Executive Director of TEAMFL. Under Brady’s leadership, TEAMFL has grown and expanded membership, services, and event participation offered to members. A graduate of the University of Phoenix, Brady holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
