- Write every-single task down to even what you consider the “stupid” ones.

- In-order to know what your important/unimportant task are, you must have set short/long term goals.

- Prioritize what you consider important

- Deprioritize to what you consider not as important

- Warm up your activities before you hop into it.

- Example 1: If I am eating and I know I NEED to meditate right afterwards I’d slow my breath, calm my mind.

- Example 2: If I am meditating and I NEED to get ready for the gym, I’d bring King/Beast Affirmation and I’d raise my testosterone by using my mind.

- Deep Work

- Common Advice: Always start with the basics to have a Down-UP approach

- Don’t learn the foundations, learn in advanced parts, invest in a high ROI

- Try Up-Down instead, some of the basics are important while time is against us.

- After you understand the differences between basic and advanced the lines start to blur

- Not all foundation or resources are good

- Devils Advocate: When learning the alphabet or a language, a down-up approach is a-lot better.

- E

- Our body’s master-clock or what others call . It is dependent on our routines and diet

- What impacts it: Light / Time of the day / Melatonin / Sleep / Hydration

- Everyone’s Rhythm is different, some operate best during the night, others during the day.

- It is your task for today to figure out when do you best operate, write your energy levels, physical and mental state every 2/3 hours.

- Consequences: Sleep, Cognitive, Hormonal, Immune system, No productivity
