We're back! And we're back with a three part series that features my good friend and collaborator Jordan Ferretti of Team Builder Dojo.
Each of these episodes will be paired with an online men's circle. You can learn more by visiting seattlemenscircle.com. However, here's the high-level overview:
- December 28th - Why Do Men Isolate?
- January 9th - Why Do Men Have a Hard Time Feeling Their Feelings?
- January 16th - Why Are Men Lost?
All circles will run from 5pm - 6:30pm PST. We hope you'll join us.
In the episode, we said the first circle was 12/12. Well, we lied! Hope you can join us on the 28th!
And stay tuned, as we'll have more info soon on a weekly men's circle starting in late January!
In this episode, we explore the all-too-common phenomenon of men isolating. Whether for you that means not asking for help, or never sharing what's going on internally (in your heart and mind), or withdrawing from the people around you—this is for you. If you know a guy who isolates, this is for you.
We explore how to recognize isolation, why we do it, and what we can do about it.
If this resonates with you, we'd love to see you in the circle!
