In this episode, I delve into the concept of manifesting from a somatic perspective discussing the limitations of relying solely on the mind for manifestation, especially for those who have experienced trauma.

I talk about two approaches to manifestation: manipulating energy to align with desired reality and connecting with the body to activate certain feelings within.

There's an importance of belief and focused intention in the first approach, but I know that embodying the desired reality and maintaining that feeling can be challenging because of everyday responsibilities and distractions.

The second approach focuses on valuing oneself, choosing where to direct energy, and creating an environment that supports the desired feelings. This approach involves expanding the capacity to hold positive feelings and continuously seeking opportunities for more fulfilling experiences.

It's important to view self-care and taking time for ourselves as a necessity rather than a luxury. This might involve restructuring schedules, habits, and activities to align with personal goals. While taking action is crucial for manifestation and progress, it's important to approach these actions with faith, commitment, and a sense of knowing.
