In this week's episode of The United Soccer Coaches Podcast, we dive deep into the world of soccer with a panel of distinguished guests. Geoff VanDeusen, CEO of United Soccer Coaches, brings his leadership and vision to kick off the association.

Joining him is Scott Waddell, Assistant Coach of the NYU Women's Soccer team. With four seasons at NYU, Scott has played a pivotal role in the team's success, focusing on in-game coaching, scouting, and working with the Violets' attackers. Under his guidance, the team enjoyed multiple winning seasons and notable victories, including a significant win against Case Western Reserve University in 2019 and a trip to the NCAA Division III Tournament in 2018.

We are also excited to have Lauren Pien, Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at the University of Rochester and a University of Rochester alumna. Lauren's coaching journey has spanned both coasts and includes a successful tenure at Bates College.

Completing our panel is Johnny Orozco, President of the Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association and a recipient of the Letter of Commendation Award for his outstanding contribution to soccer in the United States.
