We have fellow coach, Cayla Buettner, on the podcast to talk about her deconditioning journey as a Reflector. Deconditioning is a term used by coaches and healers to discuss the idea of allowing the things that we were made to feel shame for, either by society, by other people in our lives, or even by ourselves, to be processed and healed, so we may move into a more aligned evolution of self. On this episode, we continue the conversation and talk about some of the tools that helped Cayla on her journey, how she influences her loved ones to support her, and some tips she has for other Reflectors begin to decondition.
