Good day everyone & welcome to today's edition of our podcast .We are through with the Christmas.and.New Year celebrations but we sure eat and we eat.well in Nigeria.Tonight, on our Eat It Series,we talk about Cooked Food,Defrosted or Eating Out .We enter a neighbourhood market in Kubwa,Abuja and talk to women from different ethnic tribes to know their views.It all crystalizes into a fact that most Nigerians generally prefer to cook their own food to their taste.
