#mondaymindset and consistent execution of your plan
You can create the life you want! You have the power and the key is consistency, patience and time.
Having a good plan isn’t enough to transform your life. We have to actually take action each day and execute it consistently.
Consistency is key.
We can’t get mad about results we haven’t gotten from work we haven’t done.
We don’t have to be perfect but striving each day for consistency and constant course correcting will add up over time until one day, you are enjoying your new life in your goal body and thriving in maintenance with peace around food.
Don’t give up. Big door swing on small hinges and the small choices you make each day to stick to your plan, even when you don’t feel like it are like compound interest and you will see an extraordinary transformation over time.
