How we as a society consume content has changed dramatically over the last 5 to 10 years with subscription based services like Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime Video and now Disney Plus taking over as the norm. It's fair to say we've come a long way since the days of the RTE Midweek Movie.
The question is this...with all of these platforms creating their own content, where are you going to spend your money? What does this mean for the likes of SKY and has all this cost pushed people into the shady legal grey area that is the Android Box?
