Hey guys! I know this topic isn't an easy one to contemplate about and also one that is being experienced highly subjective, but I am convinced that some overall concepts such as forgiveness and shadow work can be implemented or undergone through all of us. We just need to be open to fully expressing and feeling our emotions, surrendering to the suffocating feeling of fear and anxiety only to be finding ourselves at the gates of liberation and fulfillment afterwards. There's no other way through trauma than facing it. In today's episode we learn a few important aspects, prompts to think about and courage to take that leap of faith.
