SHOW NOTES:

Episode Description: Thursday, December 21st is the Winter Solstice, the first day of winter. It's also the day of the year with the shortest amount of daylight. Being someone who spends a lot of time with plants and with their hands in the soil and accepting the energy and the blessings from the sun, my body has kind of fallen into the rhythm of the seasons as well. And every season brings something new and exciting and a transition. And to be honest with you. Winter has become one of my favorite seasons. I am going to share with you a couple of ways. I like to celebrate the solstice. And then I'm also going to walk you through. A guided reflection process of your growing practice this year and help to set some intentions for the year to come. Plus, a FREE downloadable gift, just for you.
