Hey there! I'm thrilled to invite you to join me for a new season - or shall we say "Era" of this podcast as we pivot to "Creating Connections".
In this first episode, I share my recent journey of self-discovery and growth while attending impactful events from one coast to another (and being away from home and my family for 12 days!). These events helped me find clarity, reconnect with meditation, and I opened up about the challenges and joys of parenting, as well as the importance of finding balance. I reflect on the power of honesty in leadership and the impact of finding the right community.
As I share my experiences, I hope to inspire and encourage you in your own journey of personal and professional development. Join me as I delve into the significance of authentic connections and self-awareness, and let's create meaningful connections together. 💙
