- Use the magnetic law of attraction: what you focus upon, you create. As you fully focus your attention and intention on restoring the balance, you lubricate the process with love and manifest a life and world of equality, harmony and balance.
- Use your powerful gift of freedom of choice and will. Bring your knowing, loving heart into your world with the compassion for self and one another. Concentrate all emotions and thoughts of your heart on love and unity. Oppose thoughts of war with stronger thoughts of peace. Destroy hatred with more powerful thoughts of love. Choose leaders who reflect higher realm consciousness: respect and love for the planet, for you and for one another.
MEDITATION TO RAISE YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS/VIBRATIONS
Sit in a comfortable chair with your feet firmly on the floor.
Take a series of deep breaths.
Visualize energy moving through your physical, emotional and mental bodies.
Do this for several minutes morning, noon and night. “You will delight in how you feel and how differently you see life. “
