Today on Eagles Power Hour, Patty interviews Eagle legend Greg Peach!!
We talk about the recruiting process and how he ended up at EWU, hit on his college career, and spend a lot of time talking about Pro Vision Academy, how he helps train kids for the next level. Peach gives a quick synapsis on some of the PVA guys that play at EWU, and the guys that just signed in the 2024 recruiting class. We also chat about some other EWU legends, particularly on the defensive side of the ball, guys like Dario Romero, J.C. Scherritt and Samson Ebukam. If you pay attention to EWU football you've heard the name Greg Peach. One of the most dominant defensive players in Eagle history, Peach played defensive end from 2005-08. During his time at EWU, Peach set school records for Sacks in a career(35.5) sacks in a season(18 (2008)), tackles for loss in a season (28) and in a career (63). Peach earned All-American selections twice('07,'08) and capped off his career winning the Buck Buchanan award his senior year in 2008. Peach went on to play 7 years in the CFL, playing with and against several former Eags up in Canada. After the CFL Peach went into coaching, he spent some time as a defensive line coach at Mead High School in Spokane, before starting Pro Vision Academy in Spokane, with a few other Eag legends, Dario Romero being one to mention. Peach now trains high school aged kids with Pro Vision Academy, preparing them for the next level. Huge shoutout to Greg for coming on the show!
