In this episode, join us as we explore the art of improv with Shardul Mehta, an experienced improviser. As an advocate for self-expression, this is one of my favorite methods to get out of the head and into the body while tapping into joy, playfulness, and collaboration . Get ready to laugh, learn, and discover how improv extends far beyond the stage into our everyday lives.
Shardul is founder and co-owner of Loudoun Improv and partner with Reflex Improv, teaching improv classes throughout Northern VA.
