The Co-Founder of BEabove Leadership and the Co-Designer of its groundbreaking Advanced Coaching Programs and webinars, she is a skillful workshop leader and mentor to experienced coaches with an expansive knowledge of how and why coaching works.

She is also a Certified Relational Trauma and Neuroscience coach to bring about change and healing in organizations that have been impacted by relational trauma.
