I had no idea this would be a really emotional and vulnerable share. I was just going to talk about my yoga journey. But it ended up being so much more.
I hope you'll listen to a very tender part of my heart, a big part of who I am. I don't talk a lot about yoga and it was time, thanks to the push, from a very dear friend. I love you Mary.
