Hey friends! TGIW and time for a new episode! Leave the to-do list for later, because nothing packs a connective punch like dropping these three parenting mishaps that often fly under the radar. Once you see them you can't unsee them, and once you see them you're gonna want to stop doing them ASAP.
Homework:
At the top of a blank sheet of paper write this statement and question: "I'm ready to stop should-ing, needing, and doubting. What exactly needs to happen for me to feel ready?" Write down as many responses to this question as you can and "I don't know" is not an answer, it's avoidance. When you're finished, look at what you wrote down. If someone you loved showed you this list would you sign off on it? If not, why?
