In December of 2023, New Salty Dog played the first ever Sleepy Weekend festival hosted by Sleeping Jesus at No Name Bar right here in Winona, MN. Ya like to get down and groove wit it? Ya like funky jams do ya? Well then, tonight’s show is for you! Funky jams is what New Salty Dog is all about. Gettin down an groovy is what these dogs do! Layin down some baaaad a**** grooves! Like bad dogs, bad dog! bad dog! Haha, maybe I’m getting a little carried away here, I mean, I don’t really know if they’re bad dogs, I mean, like I don’t know that they’ve been bad, I mean, they lay down some bad grooves ya know? And by bad I mean good here… then again, they are salty dogs so… oh boy, maybe I’m in over my head. Oh what do I know, maybe you should just decide for yourself.
