My incredible daughter, Ruth, has wanted to record a "Healthy Conversation" for months now, and what God had heavily put on her heart was to share with people her journey and testimony with Jesus on the topic of anger, and how we can deal with anger through the power of the Holy Spirit, and not allow the flesh to control our reactions to the feelings of anger. Ruth shows her humility and vulnerability to honestly share her story on how God has shaped it and helped her in the area of anger.
