When Kayla Itsines’ fitness empire was at its peak, she’d just had her first baby. Behind the scenes she was feeling her absolute worst and was internally screaming “when is this gonna get better?”

She ended her relationship with her business partner and fiance Tobi Pearce and they later sold their company for hundreds of millions of dollars.
They’ve just bought it back. They’re now co-owners and co-parents, while Kayla is now married to someone else and has had her second child.
In this conversation Kayla tells guest host Kate Langbroek about how she decided her relationship wasn’t right, how she ended up with her best friend and why she bought back her business: “It’s my baby and I want it back”.
