I had two totally different experiences trying exposure therapy last week and this week.

Sometimes this kind of therapy can feel like a "task to be completed," but to me, it's about finding joy in the activity you're doing.

Because of this “small detail”, I went from having panic attacks in the car over my agoraphobia to an enjoyable day golfing with my dad in a new place.
